Do we really have a choice about allowing them back?
Won't they be deported?

Whatever it is that the recruiters tell them; something along the lines that they are going there to fight to establish Islamic State free of the corrupt sheiks running such countries as Saudi Arabia or al-Assad.
Just as army recruiters in any country talk about wonderful opportunities and adventures; they do not mention the madness of a war, the fact that you actually have to kill another human beings, or the likelihood of being injured, killed or suffer mental illness, and the army then turns their back on you.

well, i don't believe for one second that these
young people don't have access to the videos
featuring other young australian jihadists
directly threatening to behead our pm amongst
other threats directed at australia.
those are the people they want to join.

They dress it up as something honourable, straight out of the movies or video game. Something like 24, Die Hard or Fast & Furious, aimed at young people who think they're bullet proof, looking for some meaning and a cause in life.

No way. Do not let them back.
IMO if Mr Abbott does not let them back then he has an excellent shot at winning the next election because from what im reading the majority of Australians do not want them back.
Can they be stopped from coming back?
Well, Rebels Bikie boss Alex Vella cant come back here. His visa was cancelled under the “character provisions of the Migration Act”.
Granted though, even though hed lived here for 46years, he had never taken citizenship

"AUSTRALIA has cancelled the visas of 450 foreigners convicted of serious crimes in Australia since July 2014.
A FURTHER 100 people had their visa applications refused for failing the character test in migration laws, Immigration Minister Peter Dutton revealed on Thursday.
And 71 people have been deported following criminal convictions in Australia including nine pedophiles, six rapists and one murderer."

It would be very silly to think that all these boys are totally innocent. Even if just ONE of them is an ISIS plant, who knows what damage that ONE could do. I dread to think If they are all plants ???
