SIL uses Engine Degreaser around the BBQ including splatters on a painted wall.  

Must say, I haven't tasted the food after the treatment.

LOL its over for another six months! I used easyoff about 6 times, got most of it off not all but hey who inspects your oven lol! On wards and upwards from here!!! I got rid of the cleaner smell with orange rinds and vanilla. Now to go put a yummy roast on 🙂
