You don't need to be in Vietnam to eat Pho.

I did eat heaps of Pho when I was in Vietnam. Not as good as melbourne Pho. 

Pho (pronounced Fur) is very delicious.

There is a very popular Vietnamese restaurant just outside Box Hill central.

But of course Victoria St is famous for anyone travelling to Melbourne.

Ha! That's funny.

Very true. My mum stews large bones in a huge pot for days, just to get the soup flavour perfect. After eating, I drink up pall the soup, so that there is nothing left in the bowl. The soup is what makes Phở so delicious. 🙂
