Nope, no photoshop, there are a number of videos filmed during the shoot available to watch, she looks gorgeous in all. She can afford the best surgeons and has had feminisation surgery which has been subtle but worked.

He can have all of the operations and take all of the hormones, but his mother is still going to call him Bruce.
