I don't think it's twaddle

Otherwise what would be the point of confession - No point to confession to a Priest - you may as well confess to a bit of wood, in fact it would probably do more good.

Exactly the same thing on a daily basis So you think that's twaddle Yes

It's all twaddle. The only one who can forgive your sins is Jesus - not Mary, not a Priest, not a Cardinal, not a Pope nor any of the so called Saints appointed by man.

If they did no one would confess

Forgive me father for I have sinned

I just murdered my MIL

Forgive me father for I have sinned

I porked my mates wife 7 times since my last confession

Sorry I can't do a quote cause I'm on my iPad.

so, are you taking the 'almost fiance'?

I'm an Evangelical / Pentecostal.

I believe it is predestined who will go to heaven. And the Ten Commandments were never meant to be followed, they were meant to prove to us that we need Jesus to wipe clean the slate so we don't need the law (the Old Testament laws such as the Ten Commandments) anymore.

A really good Christian

You might try converting some of these atheists

Instead of arguing with them

While you've got their attention 🙂

Jesus didn't come to convert those who don't want to be converted.

Hi Jess. Yes it's called "dont cast your pearls before swine" hey?

That depends if he's my 'actual fiancé' by then 😉

I had a friend (since school) who was a Pentecostal - he preached healing - he died of cancer 2 years ago.
