It appears the Oz Lotto Registration is "free". But you would only have registration for that Game.
The State Lotteries Registration would enable registration for all games Lotto, Powerball, Oz, etc.
I see any registration as a "mailing list" for the operator to on-sell.
The registered player's benefit, of being rung at 2 o'clock in the morning when it is calculated that they are a winner, thereby losing some sleep, is questionable.
Or the unregistered player could lose sleep if they had lost the winning ticket.
