It is NOT the poor little children's fault at all, it is their bloody parents.

I just feel so sorry for those children, there could still be hope for them.

did i say its the kid's fault?

pretty sure i said its the parents fault....

Hand's up who would trust these kids in their home around their kids and grandkids and would be willing to take them in while they receive the help they need to mitigate the damage their parents have done to them.

I do confess though, it disturbs me a bit to see you describe a 7 year old child as 'filth.'

I'll have no trouble sleeping tonight.

I'm quite sure you won't.

They should be brought back

We don't even know if they want to come back, though there is no legal barrier to their return should they wish to do so.

Just how could we bring them back anyway? Mount an armed assault, land troops, seize them and air-lift them out?

As far as should we? . . . no, I don't think we should. We have enough desperate children in need of help here in Australia to spend money on if that's what we want to do to make ourselves feel caring.

If these children were coming form any other war zone as non Australian citizens ie. Refugees we would fall over our selfs to support their getting in we would do everything we could to rehabilitate them as child soldiers , this sins of the father should not be vested in the son. As to what happens when they return they should be immediately made wards of the state the mother should be charged with treason , child indangerment and neglect she should be locked away for a very long time and denied access to the children as a risk to their wellbeing

the opinions were formed long before;

there was any suggestion of the family

Evidence that the rhetoric is working.

your opinion on this is unfounded

And welcome back to you too.

Last I heard Tara Nettleton's mothers petitioned Mr Abbott to assist in bringing them home, and seeing they are Austalian citizens, we are obliged to assist them in coming back to Australia.

It's rumoured the father and husband, Khaled Sharrouf faked his death in order to facilitate their return.

So yes. We do know they want to come back.
