Me too, hes genius at plating up! So creative..

I was crying inside when I saw how sad Ashleighs petals looked...so sad.

Me too.  Ashleigh started the series so well but seemed to lose a lot of confidence over the weeks.  I hope she does really well with her career.

Yes, some of the others improved as the weeks went by while Ashleigh started better than most but seemed to plateau.

I agree with you too, and I think Ashleigh seemed to do really well in the group challenges..

Perhaps the stress she spoke of- missing her family and worrying about her mother really got to her..

Tonights ep was a cracker.

Those 2 are definitely ones to watch.

Spoiler
I cant remember what everyones food dream is anymore- I remember Reynold wants to be a pastry chef, but Jessie?

Only one point, very close.

I am kinda glad they didn't each get an immunity pin, too much of an advantage me thinks.

Go Reynold, a perfect score. I wonder if that is a first in MC.

Youcan - Jessie already has a clear vision of her dream venue. It will be a warehouse space, serving Asian street food featuring native Australian ingredients. The vibe would be completed by street art and installations.

Kopes, thanks for reminding me- that sounds really good.

I wish she had done something a bit more with the lobster tonight. Maybe some Asian flavours, instead of classic french?

Reynold said something along the lines of 'Im going all out tonight' and his dessert was outstanding. It definitely deserved the full marks..I was really happy for him.Woman Happy

It was a good show tonight but I was glad too Kopes that they didn't get immunity.  Not needed at this stage and every man for himself.  They did so well.

The professional chefs were brilliant and calm.  I noted that when you make a proper chocolate mousse you don't buy the Nestle or Cadbury's chocolate cooking melts.  It's Lindt dark chocolate.

Like they say.  You don't use wine in a recipe unless you would drink it so why use cooking chocolate for a good dessert.

Good cooking and watching again tonight.

Loved Billies course- very impressed that she quickly thought of an alternative to the fennel..

and Matthew impressed as well- his tuna course looked amazing, so sophisticated and pretty.

Saras quail looked good, the last minute addition of the blackberries was very clever.

But Georgias soup- really? I thought it was a pretty average idea from the outset. Celeriac is delicious raw and it would have been better to put a delicious little salad onto the menu..

When I saw Jessies lentils and lamb..ewww no no no..a mistake due to time constraints- shes a much better cook than that.

And Reynold- nooooooooo- its probably an age thing? it was like he was having trouble concentrating..

Tomorrow will be a bit of a showdown I suspect I hope Jessie and Reynold stay..fingers crossed.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Smiley Happy
