Is this the same Royal Commission that failed to question Kathy Jackson about the hundreds of thousands of Union members monies that she is now being pursued thro the courts. It appears the "union " friends of LNP government are getting a easy run before this Abbott Government appointed and run RC. Abbott is also giving a running commentary of Shortens appearance, something he appeared not to do when Kathy Jackson was appearing.

A lot of them on all sides seem to like the meet and chat at the pub events.  They usually send an email out to let people know they will be there to meet members of the community.
