I got a bit side tracked at Bunnings today and bought a big punnet of everlasting paper daisies.  They are just annuals but I love them and hopefully I can cut a few when they flower and dry them out for an inside display.

I made the Jamie Oliver glazed pork belly for the boys tonight.  It was so yum!  I'll be buying that one again. Woolies sell it but I like the way it was made so I think you could also do a version with your own glaze and spices and it would be just as good.

Morning everyone.  Brrrr.... a bit chilly but a beautiful day again.  I just looked at your weather Deb and it looks awful for the whole week.  Let's hope that cold front moves quickly.  I think we are a bit spoilt here when I look at other states maximums.  We could all move to Darwin.

My favourite morning because it's bacon and egg day.
