Birds don't exactly stay put and pose for the camera do they

Half the fun is finding a good picture, the other half is posting it for people's amusement.
If it makes people smile then that's good enough for me. 
This is Paddy. He lives at my workplace. A few weeks ago a fox killed some of his best friends (chooks) and since then he has been seeking out high vantage points to keep an eye out for the fox and protect his little friends. He honks and chases the fox when it shows up.
A black shouldered kite. He was pinching dead twigs off the tree to make a nest. Judging by the baby screeching noises coming from the huge gum tree I'd say their nest building was successful.
