Joono, pleased to report that the weather is not too bad at all... a bit of rain last night but very nice now

I thought I would start today with a weather report...................not just any weather report................but a weather report from our travelling son.

Hang on...............report to come...............

Here it is................

.........................Hey Mum.................we are in Atlanta now............it's like 40 degrees.............hot as.

This concludes today's travelling weather report................back to normal transmission...............Cat LOL

Anyone have any exciting plans for Fathers Day..............we are planning a family picnic.

One of our daughters always takes her father to K+D for their big breakfast............and then takes him shoprping there................he loves it.

Good morning everyone.  What a beautiful day!  Sunny and 21.

Flashie, is your son talking 40 degrees farenheit or celcius?  Major difference 😄  I'm imagining it's just his guestimate.

I'm not sure whether the boys father will be back here on Sunday or not but if he is he'll be watching footy and eating a roast lamb roll.

Morning girls... For Father's Day  we'll be visiting mum and Dad for afternoon tea, along with the rest of the family

Hi folks. Had such a nice thing happen this morning. It's the first sunny day we've had for a while, so we took the bikes out for a spin and as we were passing our local wetland reserve we had to stop and let a family of wood ducks cross the road - mum and dad and 11 tiny babies. They were so sweet. We waited till they were safe in the grass on the other side then rode on, but as we passed them one of the parents rushed out, neck (and beak) extended and tried to peck my nearest foot - there's parental devotion for you. Smiley Happy.
