There was something that kept on nagging me about your question.

Something that was so obvious that I almost couldn't believe I'd overlooked it.

 

"What about other religions/faiths/beliefs?"

 

The answer was, as it turned out, laughably simple; of course they could be Christians, but it would mean they'd have to convert.

 I'm aware that a large proportion of Christians don't even believe there is a 'literal' heaven and/or hell, but I do. Perhaps I'm even in the minority, but it bothers me that if being LGTB is wrong, then those people won't go to heaven, will they? Soppy old me haha

What is a literal heaven or hell - as opposed to a metaphorical one?

Soppy old you, indeed, ha ha, troubling yourself with what could be read as a hypothetical question for which there may be no answer.

I'm afraid the finer details concerning passage through the pearly gates are not really my field, it's entirely down to the small matter of differences in our belief systems.
