Hi Deb
Looks like I didn't miss much around the traps ..... same old, same old!
Don't worry - you will enjoy it in a few days. For your 'edification' we have showers and storms predicted for Friday and Saturday and you will get those too in due course lol lol
Going to be an 'interesting' weekend for some - for others, terminally boring ![]()

Hi Laney. I thought of you today when I was driving and an ad for a tour of the old Fremantle prison came on the radio. Not that you were ever incarcerated there.
Aren't we lucky today. It's beautiful.

j*oono!!!!
How did you know? They had me in solitary confinement in there this week but don't tell anyone ![]()
Just such a beautiful day ..... we are very lucky.
Deb, I will not be making any predictions ..... I have high hopes and I am sure you all know what they are.
The town is getting 'purpled' as we speak ![]()

We had a great Fathers Day picnic.............(despite one daughter suffering a hangover......and one grandson having a bad case of the miseries)
Hubby has broken a tooth and had to go to the dentist.................somehow he has broken our Medibank card and we had to pay and then go into town to claim our money back.............and get a new card.
We got all that sorted out and were on our way back to the car....................we got in the lifts at the carpark...............and hubby says.............Look ........we are all alone..........and leaned over to kiss me.
This old lady had pushed the button to get in the lift the same time hubby leant over to kiss me.
I went all shades of red.
The lady got out a floor before us..................and as she got out she looks at hubby and says to him..............Now I want her home by 9.30...........and wagged her finger at him............laughed..........and went on her way..............![]()

haha Flashie-- you don't actually get many 'alone' moments, well we don't anyway
I wonder how he managed to break the card, good they replaced it so quickly though

He sat on it in his wallet.
Hubby has always done that when we are in a lift together alone.

Hi Flashie
Love, love, love the story of the lady who joined you in the lift! What a great sense of humour and the self-confidence to enable her to make that comment to you hahaha. Apart from the delight at being alone with your hubbie, I bet her comments made your day too ![]()
