have a shot at drawing what you want to achieve in photoshop or whatever program you use and use that as a reference for your next project.

I like it. The sky is very dark so I'd throw in a few stars in to make it a nightscape, then maybe the silhoutte of some insects

I think you are to harsh on yourself DDB

the kids are now saying it looks better if you are a long, long way away from it

We travelled from Perth this week on the Indian Pacific and I managed to get a bit done on the train - I find it relaxing.

I travelled one way on the Indian Pacific from Perth to Sydney in 2000. Paid $1000 extra to bring my car over on the train. 3 day trip. Slept on the floor in the aisle with the huddled masses in coach class. Got bugger all sleep, but everybody had a great time singing and laughing and being silly the whole way.

Somebody please, which link do I use to put photo's here. Ta. Oh and aren't you supposed to stand away from a painting to fully appreciate it?

Put it away and leave it for a week, then look at it again, if you really don't like it, paint over it?
