I always do the drawing by hand. In the second image, I scanned the drawing and did the rest of it digitally. In the Dylan one, I did the whole thing the old-fashioned way. The rendering was done with a combination of hand-painted acrylic and airbrushed acrylic, with colored pencil used for details.

Godsandmen can I ask what software you use on the computer for your artwork. My daughter is 14 and very artistic, she has just started to do her drawings in basic paint.  She has no skills in computer software for digitally enhancing the pics.  She draws them freehand and then redraws them in paint.  Is there something better she can use. 

Her 'thing' or niche for now anyway is like the japanese anime.

So much skill, and Cat Mioux, well, you don't seem to realise what a special gift you have, don't throw your paintings out ....  :_|

Again, the text has disappeared.  It's a wall hanging I made for a wonderful eBay member who came to visit us, a lovely lady who loves owls ... :-x  It's a mixture of machine embroidery and piecing.

My guess is you have a talent and skill too Greencat, everybody does, it just all expresses itself differently individually ...  :-x

It is an elephant
