Well Restoration Australian left me a bit cold tonight even though all the volunteers did a fantastic job.  There was not the more personal involvement we have seen in the previous episodes.

I woke up at 3.30am............and could not get back to sleep............and of course that meant I slept in.

Not only is it the dreaded Wednesday but we also have the birthday hat out again in the Flashie house.

Laney it was interesting all the council bickering over where Banjo Patterson was born, but I prefered the houses that people actually intend living in... next weeks show looks like it oculd be a good one.

Totally agree with you Deb on both counts.  Reminded me of that old saying that 'council worker' is a contradiction in terms lol

It didn't take as long as I anticipated to get things sorted so home already 

Frustrated though that someone who had made an appointment for an interview did not turn up - no phone call - no email - no nothing = no job!

Freshly baked bread, ripe red tomatoes and lashings of butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper ..... hows that for a delicious lunch?

I would hate that, someone not turning up without even letting you know.  I 'm not long home myself either but hubby is still doing homework on the PC and is a bit grumpy 😃

so i'm staying away from him atm.
