Tree's too tall?
I've had that problem in the past...
I never worked out how to get around it until one time I was watching the Saturday morning cartoons...
There were these two chipmunks who faced a similar problem - their tree was too tall...
So they drew a line around the trunk, close to the ground, then drew another line around the trunk about three feet above the first...
They cut through the first line, and then the second, and then removed the piece of trunk that had been between the lines...
Problem solved! Bob's yer uncle... the tree was shorter... ha ha...
I haven't tried that method myself, but would the Saturday morning cartoons lie to me? Of course it's going to work... ha ha...

A Canadian man has managed to fend off a grizzly bear using a pocket knife.
The man had the pocket knife... It would be silly to think that the bear had the pocket knife, after all, their fingers are far to big to open something as fiddly as that... ha ha...
And I finally get to use this meme, which I often wondered if I ever would.... ha ha...

I hear the passenger jets heading South, mostly in the evening.
They make a recogfnisable dull, droning roar as they climb to cruising altitude...
Except a couple of nights ago, when it was Very windy, ha ha...
I could hear a plane going up, and the the tone of the roar of the engines kept changing, as if the pilot was shifting up and down through the gears to try and get some traction, ha ha...
About a week or so ago there was a plane flying across, and behind it, and some distance above, was another plane, following more or less the same course, trailing vapour...
The birds pointed the planes out and said "The one at the front, that's the female... and the one behind, trialing vapour, that's the male... he's engaging in a courtship display... Spring must be coming...", ha ha...
Cheeky birds, ha ha...
