How many times does Mr Bean appear in the picture below?
Let's see...
One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six...
Very good.
You're on your way to a successful career in the Public Service because you've shown aptitude as a Bean counter.

We rarely see a sparrow anymore, they have been eradicated by the Indian Mynahs.
We see the coastal Rosellas, what a treat.

I love rain, we have been getting rain rain rain and more rain for days now. I'm not complaining it's the humidity I don't like.
So glad the rain fell in outback QLD, they really needed it there, hope it lasts.

Standing in the dark is not a good place, or time, to run out of flint.
The Zippo's a good lighter, but replacing the flint means going through the fiddly process of unscrewing the spring, dropping the flint (little bigger than a match head) down the tube, then putting the spring back in and screwing it into place.
Not an ideal activity to undertake when you can't see what you're doing... ![]()
I could hunt around for a spare lighter, but in the time it would take me to find it (inside, where it's light, and I can see what I'm doing...), I could just put a new flint in the Zippo, and be done with it.
Brilliant piece of engineering, the Zippo.

I noticed, when I started browsing Ebay, and the internet, that there's a lot of them out there (and some of them aren't genuine, Gosh! Really?!). ![]()
I've got a beautiful "rosewood" case "Zippo", I "know" it's a Zippo because it has Zippo stamped on the case... ![]()
I got it because it's a nice looking piece of wood, and it has the fish on it. It looks good sitting on a shelf, and makes a good talking piece - the lengths that people will go to in order to make something look "authentic". They did a really good job with the lettering. ![]()
