There are 33 musicians in the music room right now singing Christmas carols at the top of their voices!  I don't know why, they seem to be having some sort of wild after dinner outburst between now and the next rehearsal in about 15 minutes .. thought I'd sneak out to get away from the racket before I get caught up in the  frivolities too!

Back tomorrow.

I gave it a little thought and I'm not sure... I can see myself getting hoarse saying "Close the door, were you born in a tree?". Cockatoos are like children; they never think to close the door behind them. Smiley LOL

It also occurred to me that the bird's not house trained.

In the good old days that would have been easily solved by putting down newspaper, but it's so hard to get newspaper, now, and I don't think my budget will stretch to buying enough iPads to cover the floor.

Smiley LOL

Just go to a newsagent and ask for a bundle of old newspapers,(they only have to remove the top header

and return those).

They have to then get rid of the newspapers,(most go to Lions or Apex, but they'll generally have a bundle

they can give you,(we used to give out a lot of bundles to people that were moving),good.gif

Bit of a story re bundle of papers.

Staff of the Glassware section of a high end retail store prior to them re-locating, were given a couple of bundles to wrap their delicate pieces .

The poor dears "swooned" when they came across some "topped" Kings-X Whisper-type publications.Smiley LOLSmiley LOL

This is not what I meant when I said "Let's play tag...". Smiley LOL
