I used to read Runes, sort of like Tarot only simpler, in a tent at the back of a shop that sold crystals and the like (dare I say hippie? LOL). I might not be able to see through a charming, exotic gentleman with an amusing tale to spin, but I can admit that at one time I was one. 
No doubt you could find a list a long as your arm of "mystics" willing to analyse that.
Everything from it being a warning from the cards to stop when you did, to a critique of the company that printed them. 
The world of the "mystical" is mystical, indeed...
I won't say no, but I won't say yes, either.
Put it this way; sometimes leaving the vacuum cleaner running is just as good - one droning noise in the background is as good as another...
