I know a bit about it but have always gone North on holidays,i know where you are though....very far from Tilba Tilba?

An hour north of Tilba Tilba. That's where Gooliga is, the women's meeting place re aboriginal culture. When you look at it from a distance it's just like a reclining women's outline.

Hi Braff. Where are you?

🙂 :-x

So, 'skuse my non techhead, does that mean u won something on auction via a snipe? What was it?

You CAN win things on auction by bidding in the last few seconds (sniping) but in this cae it is grabbing the post on the 100 ie in this case - post 900.

I am in Sydney Loris.

Welcome by the way.

Ahhhhh, now I get it re snipe. Seen it before and wondered ?????
Thanks for the welcome from Sydney. Was there in August. Stayed in the Central Railway Hotel for 4 nights over a weekend. BIG eye opener for me and my sons.

The big smoke from the little smoke.

I hope you went to Darling Harbour and did things at the Rocks and took a trip on a ferry.

Yes, we went to all those, we also did the big jet boat thing and had a hoot, and walked along Oxford Street and had dinner in Kings Cross and had a drink in a bar and watched the nightlife come to life (and then we were outta there), and went to China town for a meal and and and found the world's smallest hole in the wall takeaway fresh food yummy outlet.
Exciting place for a tourist but way too big for living in.
What's your favourite Sydney thing? I'll check tomorrow.
Catch you next time, goodnight for now.

Well my favourite thing is going to Damien Leith concerts but I guess that is not what you wanted to hear, so I will say that I loved climbing the Harbour Bridge and I always like it if I go on a ferry.
We have a beautiful harbour.

Night Loris,

To answer your earlier question re.Albury/Wodonga,yes there has or was,a big push to relocate here from the city and i can understand why.
I'm a Sydney boy born and bred however, cant wait to get out of there when i visit,we are in a small country town and like it that way.
You mentioned China town, next time there try the BBQ King restaurant in Liverpool Street i think.just around the corner from Dixon St.....i have been all over the world and love my Chinese, this is the best.Dont be put off by the look outside as you will be pleasantly surprised

Braff the harbour is the best i have been too without a doubt
