If they remain in Australia once their visa has expired, then they have overstayed their visa. Their is more than one type of visa.

Migrants = safe at home

Asylum seekers = not safe at home.

M/I no valid visa = criminal

AS/R  no valid visa = not criminal

I don't think anyone needs to preach the laws

Of this country to anyone.

Get a dictionary and look up the term migration

And you will find it can be applied to the refugees

Anyway who cares what their called.

Steve Irwin said "once you have a crocodile in your

Heart, it's in your heart"

Meaning that who or what you choose to love

Or defend does not always apply to other people

And if the love of a country such as Germany

Or Australia does not extend to it's people you

Can hardly be expected to love them back

"You" being refered as a generalization

If they remain in Australia once their visa has expired, then they have overstayed their visa. Their is more than one type of visa.

ok. i see what you mean, you're referring to

temporary visa holders.

i read that wrong, thinking you were referring

to immigrants.

still, all those visa overstayers would have

been granted entry initially with all the

security and health checks etc.

majority of them simply extend their visas.

what do they have to do with the topic?

opmania, confused migrants with asylum seekers - which they aren't - and for some reason you decided to make an issue of it.

I think its something like 85% of asylum seekers end up being granted refugee status. There will always be exceptions - as there is with anything - and I could cite cases of bona fide asylum seekers but pedants are never satisfied.

Confused

Anyone confused put up your hand

You do know that unless a pic is posted, the raising of hands will not be seen. I think you should put up both hands - just in case. LOL.
