They must have been lovebirdsSmiley LOL

I found the grevillias I want at a garden centre. Fairly ordinary looking, but when they flower, they produce huge bottlebrush-like red flowers. Now if only the rain would let me have my life back... Smiley LOL

grevillias  are pretty.

talking about rain maybe you could send some over my way  ecar.

it seems  to be a bit scarce here, all that rain in the last couple of days we only got 1mm if we were lucky.

We are also feeding a butcher bird, not nice little birds but while he is eating here he is not out killing other birds for food. ( well i hope not anyway)

I really love all kinds of birds, but it particular (if I had to single one out) it would be the blue wren.

After that, come the owls (especially the snowy owl), cockatoos and the eagles.

A month or two ago there was a pair of blue wrens visiting the garden, they disappeared for a while and then a couple of days ago they were back with their fuzzball babies. So Cute! Smiley Happy

I kind of drifted away from the Eagles, I think it's because the local radio stations over play Hotel California.

Smiley LOL

Smiley LOL

there is one bird we used to have lots of here and we don't anymore and it is the common old spoggie.

have not seen any here for  5 years now.
