Who is going to bring a Court Case against KFC for something they didn't do?

I'm sorry Crikey.I did think that you would understand without need for further explanation.Along the theme of all advertising giving as you said subliminal messages ,a reminder of a company that they may not of thought of for years...and NS inferring that no publicity is bad publicity....I mentioned Court cases .The company has been involved in Court cases (against them)....do you think that too would be a positive reminder ?subliminal message ?
