The turkey all prepared for the kettle barbeque which is heating up outside ...  Woman LOL

It was supposed to be a small 4.5 kilo one, but somehow, the butcher must have accidently ordered an emu because it's a 6.5 kilo .... thank goodness all our friends like turkey as well ....  Smiley Tongue

Because we put far too many heat beads into the barbeque kettle, it will maintain the temperature for at least another three hours .... Smiley Indifferent

So thankfully, we have a boneless chicken in the freezer which we've defrosted and have put into the kettle bbq to keep it happy (the kettle, not the chicken).

When we used it for the first time, we put so many heat beads in that the chicken cooked in 45 minutes, and the bbq took 3 days to cool down .... Smiley Embarassed   This happened because the instruction book that came with it did not mention that there were different sized heat beads, so of course, we had the bigger type and went with that.   Took us a year to get over it ...  Woman LOL
