Our boys are having a few mates over for a BBQ tonight.

Not sure yet if hubby and I should go out or stay................our boys wont care either way.

Mind you..........they have given me a wish list of what biscuits they would like should I happen to be cooking today................

I am going to visit my nieces later.................between them they have 4 children under 4...............should make for a interesting afternoon.

Did not get back last night but pleased to report all numbness gone now Deb.  Trying to drink anything was ummmmmmmm 'funny' - ended up with most of it on my t-shirt so decided to give up lol

Anyway - that is behind me now .................

We are real grinches when it comes to NYE - being out on the roads on NYE does not appeal .... there are already too many idiots out there on regular days.  Rather stay home and chill out in airconditioned comfort.

Heading into the office for a while - will catch up with you all later in the day.  If I miss you, sincere wishes to you and all my friends for a peaceful and happy evening.  May 2016 bring you only good things and make it a better year for those whose lives have hit speed bumps through 2015

have just got off the phone to one of my friends, we will be catching up with her tonight one way or another and will take it from the there.

Still haven't called the other friends to reneg yet though

Gosh it's a hot one here today.. I've been  to get supplies but I forgot to get lemonade. I've also been to a friends place to wish them a happy new year and now I have to get some housework done.

that is going to be a bit of a struggle in this heat

The only work I planned on doing was emptying the dishwasher - but it has already been done!  Bargain

Sounds like you have NYE all sorted Deb.  I wonder if Flashie is still baking bikkies for tonight and whether she has decided to go out or not.

We are having a curry tonight - already organised from our favourite Indian restaurant - so all I have to do is organise the accompaniments.  Easy peasy!

Oh and .... no crazy NY resolutions here - just bought a carton of 'you know whats' before year end when the prices are bound to go up

Laney..........we are staying home.....I made 2 batches of chockie biscuits.

Our grandchildren got one of those inflatable outdoor theatres for Christmas...........and needed a batch of biscuits for tonight.............apparently......

I wonder how long the bikkies will last - definitely NOT until midnight I suspect.

Laney we're almost sorted for tonight- but not sure yet who's house we're kicking off from yet... we decided it has to be my hubby's decision because he'll be the most tired    ( he's working today)

Our youngest grandson has a birthday coming up............and he wants a drive-in party.

So they are doing a practice run tonight.

Mr Bean movie...........popcorn..........hotdogs and fries..............with chockie biscuits for afters.
