My cats couldn't care less about loud noises and just continue on doing whatever they were doing, but, then, like your cat, mine are also indoors.

I believe its the same pub where flashers
Do their nudie runs
Thats pretty funny isnt it.
And the language that comes out of their mouths
I wouldnt want my dogs to hear
But I know a cat that is accustomed to that kind
Of fowl language and the stories her master spins
You wouldn't think butter would melt in her mouth.
How decieving life can be.
How precious we are in our glass houses
Wow that's some extraordinary cat, Oppie. Is she owned by a rooster?

In 'the olden days' when cats spent a lot of time outdoors and in fact were put outside every night, all the cats I've owned have not been bothered by fireworks. I also remember a neighbour's dog that would be kept indoors on NYE....and he'd STILL be cowering under a bed or be hiding behind the lounge.

My old girl is the only dog that I have owned who has been afraid of fireworks etc.

Then both he and she must be accomplished linguists
One of my granddaughters reckons she can speak Cat - but I suspect the cat is secretly laughing at her.
