Well I survived the first Wednesday of 2016.....................gawd it felt like a long day...............I spent 8 hours working in the garden of the house I am looking after yesterday..............and boy do I have some muscles protesting today.

We are not tennis fans here................but the guys sure do love their cricket.

Two of our grandson can hold their own in a conversation about cricket and current cricketers.............(they do prefer the Big Bash stuff better.)

We also have our first birthday of the year coming up.............and he wanted a nerf gun......they were on sale so we bought him a HUGE one...............he is going to love it.

Still taking down Christmas lights here...........we are having to do it after tea before it gets dark................just not enough time.

I had trouble signing in here again this morning. .......I had to come in through my ebay.

I am off for another stint in the garden............I think I might only do a half day in the garden...........and do some of the cutting in for the undercoating.

I have to do as much as I can this week as I have my grandson next week..............I can't expect it to be much fun for him in an empty house..............so I will have to go to work in the later afternoons.

Lucky for me my work is flexible like that.............just as long as it gets done.
