Deb - did I read as I quickly flashed through the posts that both of your squatters have gone?  Hope someone took them in and they have found a happy home.  Kinda glad you don't have to go through that all again - was a stressful time for you.

Will catch up a bit later - have something to eat and watch a bit of the swimming
