Swimming AND the FED Cup tonight Freddie but I suspect it might be just a bit late for you (The FED Cup) as it is on here at 9pm on 72 tonight.  No matter - I will tell you all about it

Morning ladies James Magnussen grew up not far from here Laney, I enjoyed the swimming it was good to see the Aussies get a win over the kiwi's in the cricket as well.

I wonder if Deb is out feeding the gate crashers
