I think this is a clever idea. An old refrigerator into a rustic "Esky" for those backyard events.

Good morning all xx
Hope everyone is having a good weekend?
Where is ecar, I'm really missing his wonderful posts, sense of humour and pictures ... come back soon please ecar ... ![]()
Last night Mr. Tas and I went to a Robbie Burns dinner; what a wonderful experience. 60 people, all looking very Scottish of course, kilts etc, and oh the songs they sang, the whiskey, the poetry and of course, the piping in of the haggis, absolutely amazing .. the dinner was fantastic. The Ode to the Haggis was spectacular and I had to try really hard not to laugh as it was violently assaulted with a huge carving knife as part of the 'address' to it, but it was at the same time, quite seriously 'injured' .... ![]()
Needless to say, I avoided any haggis on my plate, went for the Scotch egg instead, there are some things I just can't bring myself to eat, no matter what ... ![]()
It wasn't the real thing like they have in Scotland. From what we were told last night, some of the ingredients (if not the whole thing) cannot be imported into Australia for health reasons I suppose ... !
Anyone else here been to a Burns night?

Fond memories of entertainment in Pa's loungeroom with recites and singing. (No TV)
Amongst it all was Burns.

My beautiful tree is going to be lopped ![]()
The neighbours have complained about it. It's a Morton Bay Black Bean and drops great big bean pods
all over the place.
It gives us such a lot of shade where the sun beats down on our windows of a morning, and screen us from the street.
Shelter for the birds too,
