It does look amazing. Sort of a chenille pathway.
My personal myosin proteins feel like they're dragging my endorphins along a strip of velcro.
But they get there eventually.

CC, I think it may be the lack of those "scientific thingeys" moving that creates the opposite of happiness.
By doing something you enjoy, even for 5 minutes, may get that soft chenille pathway ready for those thingeys to tiptoe along.
We don't want the single path to become a 4-lane highway, so gently does it.
It is worth chatting to a medical practitioner for guidance.
