Hello. I used to live in USA. Now I have moved and I am settled in Australia. Do I have to open a new account in ebay Australia to be able to sell some items? It has my PayPal email so it thinks that I am in USA. Trying to make an international shipment from USA to Australia and it doesn't allow me to do international shipping as a new user. Could you please help me? I appreciate your help. Thank you! !

You can either keep the same user-i.d and change your personal information details (address, etc) with ebay or you could just make a new user-i.d account.
Whatever, your account details should reflect reality. they should be true.

Go to your Personal account in eBay and change the details regaring your address etc. You don't have to start a new account, but you will have to go to Paypal and change the Banking details, pus your new address there.
