I won a small bet on this,

even indicated the the fault.

I had to ring as we had not

recieved anything on the 8th,

got through at 9.56 PM,

Got our forms Sat 13th.

dont worry, malcolms fixing it, hes had no trouble doing his online so hes doing everybodys now

hes also got all the forms for everyone and is filling them in and posting them for us

now theres a pm with a PLAN!

I gave up trying to ring - I sent an email which went through - I had a generic reply with a reference

number 2 days later telling me they will be in contact.

So I am waiting.
