Laney...........I am not sure yet what I have done to my knee.

I was just walking and it went.............I have either torn the ACL...........or flipped something in my knee cap upside down............doesn't matter what name they give it ...........it still hurt.

3 weeks now............and I can just walk now.

It is driving me crazy...........I hate sitting around doing nothing.

I am going for a walk this morning if I can...............hubby is not too please because  I am suppose to stay off it...........but I am over it.

I have two cheesecakes to make for birthdays here.............one chocolate maltesers one...........and a m+m one.

Flashie - OUCH!  Please be careful with that knee.  Don't do more damage to it, frustrating though it is to have your movement restricted at the moment.

Meeting with our auditor this morning so have to get my skates on - catch up tonight ladies.

Another beautiful day here.

Just been to look at a recent 'installation' - a rainbow arch made of multi coloured shipping containers as an 'entry statement' into Freo.

Sounded ummmmm 'different' but it certainly is eye-catching.  Didn't get a decent photograph but will do so in the next few days (weather permitting).
