Lots of Americans like getting their faces on TV. I suspect they knew the animals are extinct, but didn't speak up because they were performing for the camera. None of them came across as being dumb, although a couple did seem a little goofy!

Nothing that comes out of America makes the slightest bit of sense to me, not least of all that 'interview'.

In fact the only thing that does bear any resemblance to common sense and intelligence from over the pond are 'The Simpsons'.

I despair at everthing else.
