Im in southern NSW, border region,i have lived in Melborne,Sydney,Ballarat,Gold Coast and Airlie Beach and where i am now is peace and quiet.
Airlie Beach in Nth QLD was great but nothing to do as a local but go to the pub and mix with back packers,its OK for younger people but i met a lot of great people and spent a lot of money.
As for Capital Cities i think Sydney is far in front and not in danger of being beaten.

I read your posts on the other thread and it's heartwarming to know there are still lots of very good people in this world, reaffirms our faith in humanity, especially when there's so much evil reported in the news. Hopefully I will get the final word today there is a medical escort arriving from Sydney to bring him home Sunday.

Just need the all clear from the doctor here,

he has completely recovered.
