Ever since I started reading this thread I'd see your Mum and Dads smiling faces and think they are very familiar looking, are you from Blackpool? My parents were both born there and we lived not far away in Bolton, Lancashire.
I was born In Australia, but my parents were both born in Leicester, UK. They immigrated here in 1968ish.
For the last approx 10 years they had been going to the UK every 2 years to see my Dads parents and they would always make a trip to Blackpool for a weekend
