omg Ashton is tanty throwing this morning..hubby tried to take feed tube out of the button Ashton screaming & kicking etc making the job harder...daddy not in Ashtons good books atm
We went to the sausage sizzle last night..was good until the mozzies moved in 🙂
Might even get the Prado washed n vaccumned today if I'm lucky...got to pack for tuesdays trip to the city..

Ok got all gear packed up ready to pack in the Prado in the morning....hope to get away before lunch time at this stage...
Dr appointment is wednesday morning..blood test has to be done again :(.... hopefully Ashton has gained lots of weight since the last visit 🙂

better get some sleep.

Good luck Tania!

My boy was whinging about having to have repeat blood tests done last week ( this was his third set since June)...I told him about Ashton and he has become very interested in his story. He surprised me today as he asked when Ashton's kidneys would be fixed, and what happens in the meantime....

ah puddle 🙂 in the mean time we wait n wait n wait....if we get real lucky dialysis might get skipped and Ashton go straight to kidney transplant...fingers crossed.....

Yes My boy did not like the sound of dialysis needles at all! So now Ashton has another person praying for a kidney for him when the time comes:-x

WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Results are stable
Dr is very happy with Ashton's progress...Ashton has gone over the 80cms (yay)
so changes are to put the day bottles back to 150ml and drop the overnight feed by 50ml to 300ml and up the calcitriol dose a bit...and of course keep water available through day time 🙂

forgot to say Ashton weighed 11kg 380gms which was up from 10kg 670gms..so overall 800gms Ashton put on and he grew in length

is happy to be home..after the hot few days in the city...has cooled down heaps too cold to swim as the water in the pool is like ice...pfft Trip home was windy n odd shower of rain n hot....after 4 1/2 hrs driving it was good to be out shopping in aircon shop for 1hr LOL got Ashton's fromula from the chemist....$1127.00 for the 16 tins so no price rise this time...:)
