Lobs. How lovely to have you back on CS. It sounds like you've had an eventful year. I'm sure your little 'Gentle Soul' will be fine - the world so badly needs people like him. 

So sorry to hear about your sister. Remember the big gum tree in our garden? (I posted a pic of it once) It is shedding its bark at the moment, just as she has shed her ailing body, and next time I go outside I will lay my hands against it, think of her and and honour her spirit.

Your poor sister is now at peace - remember some of the stories about her.  Like when she escaped from the hospital and was sirring up playing the pokies and having a beer!

Can't believe Banjo is nearly 5 - probably starting school next year and good on his mum for studying for a diploma.

You might not remember me but I'm the one whose dil is married to a Hood down the Latrobe Valley.
