If it happened in most states in the US, they would have shot it.

Speaking of seals, an Eskimo got a new snowmobile for Christmas.........for a week he hot-rodded it through the snow, then it started acting up.  He drove it to the mechanic, who right away said, "Looks like you blew a seal".........The Eskimo flicked the snow from his mustache and replied, "No, it's just ice on my mustache"........
