Has blood test results.....:-( creatin has gone up 34 to 223 from last test at 198 & sodiumn is too low :-(...but other tests are very stable...hmm might have to adjust a few things......
OMG Tania I read that as creatinine gone up from 34 to 223!!!
How is his urea level??
It might just be a fluctuation due to increase protein intake, illness,
Didn't you say he is eating and drinking more during the day now...and he is more active as well?

.....I was shocked cause of the huge jump (34) because all readings have been stable hoping this is a one off & not the start of the kidneys failing more.....may have to do another blood test before next trip to the city.....sigh!!

It sounds like he is eating a lot more "real" food now....could be the impact of that?
If the renal dr hasn't rung...that is probably a good sign!

Chubba has been eating heaps... today he ate a round piece of ham for lunch and mixed vegies (baby food)...munched up the bread and spat it out...
Dinner was more mixed vegies (baby food) he tried the roast vegies but mostly ate peas n beans...has drunk all his bottles & lots of water in between....
After his shower tonight with daddy I weighed Ashton @ 12.7kg :O.
Oh and last test creatin was 189 not 198....up to 223....potassium was 3.7 without the daily dose.
better go to bed or the others will be up doing crazy hair for crazy hair day before I know it..:-)
