Did you know that the Eurobodalla Coast has the most medium, stable, average, temperate climate in Australia?
Not too hot, not too cold, not too many fluctuations 'they' say.
Reality, the southerly busters can be doozys, and the hot westerlies or the cold westerlies are intense. Snowy mountains aren't far away at all. And the mountains meet the sea causing all sorts of chaos.

So is Albury on the government's relocation list? The one where they are recommending Sydney people to relocate to?
I remember Albury Wadonga, beautiful area. Albury's quite big now I think?
