Puddle I tried to contact the renal register in the city but after waiting 10minutes on pager the operator put me through to Emergency so I talked to the Dr there 🙂 If It hadn't been a public holiday in SA I would have talked to Head Renal Dr..trust me If Ashton doesn't improve he will go to hospital in SA as he has been there a few times now.....

I am sure you will Tania...it is just so annoying that rural doctors/pharmacists don't think they have to know anything about chrinic diseases like renal failure "because all those people should live near the big hospitals in the city".

It is a huge problem in WA..esp now transplants and home dialysis is a reality in the outback.

Oh poor Ashton, and you too Tan, I hate it when hubby's Doctors aren't available and I have to call one of the other Doctors in the Clinic. You have to explain everything again, and again, and they have no idea how to treat him. Hope Ashton comes good soon.

Morning Ashton doesn't want to get out of his cot...have given him meds .....just have to change him out of pjs....

:-) guess who has had a big big sleep in LOL well we both did!!

seems to be brighter though he is sleeping still..temp is back to normal.... still tube feeding feeds as he wont drink much orally atm
Will try and get him up and bathed later on... not been sick since a little bit last night 🙂

Well we have progress Jade managed to get Ashton up and into the lounge room to watch tv while laying on his Pooh lounge...:-)

I baked chocolate choc chip muffins for smoko they are yummy LOL

Ashton got up and walked to the back screen door and said "me waiting for daddy to come home"....saw dad on the lawn mower and was yelling out "me here daddy come see me"...he then walked back to his lounge and is watching tv again..Hubby has seen him for a bit so he was happy 🙂
