Dear Amy,
I have not seen your thread before now. I am so sorry that this has happened to you.

Talk to your children everyday about your wonderful Mum, give them the memories you have, share the love and they will know her and love her like you do.

This is what I did with my children as they were growing up and even though my daughter never met or cuddled my Mama, she loves her as if she had been.

Sending you the most sincerest of hug♥

**azure - that is one of the most beautiful poems I have read♥

just spoke to my sister.
She said there was a very small minute that Mum did look at her new Great Grandaughter, but, she really couldnt see any sort of emotion on her face and it was more then likely, just a fluke.
She said my Dad was very proud and kept telling everyone who walked past the room that his great grandaughter was there.
He was to scared to hold bub though cause she is so small

(((Amy)))

my sister just rang.
My Nan (Mums mum) has been rushed to hospital.
Something to do with intestinal pain and possible heart attack.
We think she has had an ulcer for a while now but she refused to see anyone about it. And we know her heart is bad as she is very very overweight.
Waiting to hear more when she finds out more.
She is at work now but will go to hospital as soon as she finishes

Hi Amy... like many others here I have read your thread but never posted..

My heart breaks for you, your dad and your whole family. I can't imagine what it is like for you all.

I am also so sorry to hear now your Nan is going into hospital..

Not much I can offer other than letting you know that there are many that are reading this thread and saying a silent prayer..

Honestly, i reallly dont know how i feel about this.
Ive been very very angry at her for a couple of years now.
See, she doesnt bother to go see Mum. Hasnt been since Chrissy and before that hadnt been for 6 months.
She can get a free community car right up to the door of the nursing home but she doesnt use it.
Yet, she is always telling family over in England how good Mum is doing.

I suppose only she knows why.

thanks cat.

If this was someone elses thread...i dont think i would know what to write either.
