😮 what happened??

the screen is frozen and it doesn't matter how many times i reset it, it reverts to being frozen after a few minutes.  However the last reset I did....nothing happened.

Amazon help have told me to charge it fully before they can troubleshoot it, trouble is with the screen frozen how can I know if it's charged?

doesn't the light at the bottom change from orange to green? when charged

Leave it on charge for at least 8 hours, it should be fully charged by then.

yeah the light changes normally, but its been on charge for around 6hrs and it was already on around 70% so the light should be green already.

But, I suppose with it being broken and all....maybe the light is too

I feel really upset for you, I don't think I could cope if it was mine.
