I have sliced n diced lots of vegies for Ashton...they are now soaking in a huge bowl of water to get the potassium out of them...then boil in a huge amount of water and serve some with dinner...and pack the rest away for other meals....

just after that pic was taken Puddle Ashton saw a bug on the ground and he was running around trying catch it...:-) he hasn't worked out some bite yet.

Trip to town this morning for dog food then we went to WW and did the grocery shopping....Ashton was very good even had a ride in the fire engine toy for $1..

Ashton has been an angry 3 yr old today...he was put in his cot for afternoon nap and all he did was strip the bedding and toys off the cot 😮 all onto the floor...hubby took him out to the lounge room while I remade the cot then I put him back in there for a sleep with a stern warning if he did it again I would smack his fingers...he was asleep in 5 minutes 🙂

We drive to the city tomorrow for wednesdays Dr appt..
Fingers crossed the results are stable and the potassium level is normal or at least not high 🙂
