Not quite sure either - given it is a postal ' thingy '.
Usually a no vote in an election is deemed to be a non vote against the sitting party - therefore in their favour.

And - given - it is a postal vote - not compulsary - there is no fine to consider.

Ha! simple, the homless cant register to vote because the AEC wont allow registration without an address. Politicians (zero ethics) dont give them a thought.
