Takeaway and Zoo are on the big table, with Zoo on Takeaway's back - "I'm little and I'm tired, and I'm cold...", ha ha.
Takeaway heard someone come down the ramp from the roof...
From where I am, I can see half a possum, so I shone a torch in that direction...
Who's that wriggly little person face looking back at me while Mum has a quick nibble? ha ha.
Takeaway's generally not one to avoid the opportunity to make her presence felt, but she was quite quick to head up onto the fence, away from the other Mother...
The other Mother was just as quick to disappear off in the other direction, under the pergola... ha ha.
It's strange - Takeaway had no trouble chasing the young male possum who had stayed overnight, cheeky little man, away this evening.
But when confronted with another female with a baby of similar age, she turned the other way.
Maybe the little ones go to playgroup together.
The Mums are all chatty for the hour or so necessary, but after that it's... "If she mentions yoga pants one more time (through gritted teeth)..."... ha ha.
